Who we are
IPC Pty Ltd — trading as IPC Maintenance — was established in September 1993 with a single purpose: to deliver comprehensive maintenance services to Western Australian industry.
Where many firms offer maintenance as a secondary service alongside construction, IPC was built to prioritise it, which is why our crews bring specialised, expert attention to every project.
Three decades on, we are a trusted maintenance partner to some of the state’s leading organisations — including the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs, CBH Group, CSBP, Kleenheat, Ventia and Downer — across hazardous chemical production, LPG and LNG, defence installations, bulk processing, commercial building upgrades, mining, grain handling and ship-loading facilities.
