Building Maintenance

Planned and reactive building maintenance for industrial, commercial, defence and government facilities across Perth and WA.

Building maintenance across Western Australia

Sheds, workshops, warehouses, control rooms, amenities, offices and secure facilities all age under WA’s sun, salt and industrial wear. IPC Maintenance provides the planned upkeep and rapid repairs that keep those buildings safe, compliant and productive from re-sheeting a roof on a bulk-handling shed to refurbishing amenities on a defence installation.

With our own trades in carpentry, structural steel, cladding, welding, coatings and access, we can take a whole facility under one maintenance agreement rather than leaving you to manage a dozen trades.

The Problems We Solve

We tackle roof failures, ageing facilities, compliance risks and fragmented maintenance, delivering one accountable solution for complex, security-sensitive industrial sites.

Roof leaks, corroded purlins and failed cladding that shut down work areas and damage stock or equipment.

Ageing facilities drifting out of compliance with fire, access, safety, security and operational requirements.

No single contractor prepared to fully own the whole building just trades fixing repairs and individual issues.

Reactive spending with no planned maintenance budget, condition data, long-term planning or maintenance strategy.

Security-sensitive or hazardous sites where most commercial builders aren't cleared or inducted to work.
